Frequently asked questions
Short answers about the course, safety limits, and how this site is published.
01Do I need a wallet or crypto to use the course?
No. Start with the lessons and decision checklists. The course never asks for a wallet connection, recovery phrase, deposit, or purchase.
02Is this financial, legal, or tax advice?
No. Crypto Academy explains systems and verification methods. Consequential decisions still require current primary sources and, when appropriate, a qualified professional in your jurisdiction.
03Which language is the course actually written in?
English is the reviewed editorial source. Other languages are published as drafts that a native editor has not signed off yet, and the app labels them so you always know which you are reading. Where a language has no draft, the reviewed English text is shown and labelled as a fallback rather than silently replaced.
04How is course content reviewed?
Lessons cite primary or official sources for consequential claims, show a reviewed date and next review date, and are versioned before publication. Corrections are recorded separately.
05Why are there no price predictions or token picks?
Predictions create false precision and quickly go stale. The curriculum focuses on durable concepts: custody, network routes, permissions, liquidity, risk, records, and source evaluation.
06Can Crypto Academy recover my wallet or seed phrase?
No. Never send recovery material to us or anyone claiming to be support. Use only the independently verified recovery process for your wallet; if no valid backup exists, recovery may be impossible.
07What should I do after a suspicious signature or approval?
Stop interacting, preserve the domain and transaction details, verify the action in an explorer, review and revoke unnecessary approvals through a trusted route, and move unaffected assets only when you understand the exposure. Do not pay recovery strangers.
08Can a transfer sent on the wrong network be reversed?
Blockchain transactions are generally not reversible. Recovery depends on whether the destination controls an address on that network and whether a service supports a recovery process. Do not send a second transfer until the first is diagnosed.
09Where is my course progress stored?
The website stores progress in that browser. The app stores progress on the device. Crypto Academy does not require an account to read the course.
10How can I report an error or outdated source?
Use the feedback form and include the lesson title, the exact claim, and a primary source when possible. Reports are reviewed before published content changes.
